How do I create an account?

Click “Register Business” (sellers) or use the cart icon (buyers). Fill in the form and verify your email. Sellers must upload required documents; approval is usually within 24 hours.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen click “Forgot password”, enter your email and follow the link we send you.

What are the platform fees?

We deduct 15 % from every successful sale. There are no listing or monthly fees.

When do sellers get paid?

Funds are released as soon as the buyer confirms receipt (or a valid tracking code is uploaded). Reputable sellers may qualify for instant payouts.

If your item never arrives, is damaged or not as described, open a dispute within 7 days. We will mediate and issue a refund when appropriate.

Can I edit my product listing?

Yes. Log in → Dashboard → Products → Edit. Changes go live immediately.

How do I close my account?

Email support@ruralconnects.co.za from your registered address and we will assist you. Financial records are kept for 5 years per SA law, then deleted.
