CRE is a mission-led social enterprise empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs), women, and youth through wheelchair repair, servicing, maintenance, and refurbishment training. The enterprise builds capacity in under-resourced communities by establishing local wheelchair repair hubs, promoting employment, mobility access, and dignity.
