Starting in a caravan with little more than vision and determination was Gugulethu’s greatest challenge. Financing, training staff, and earning trust in a competitive industry tested her resolve. Yet, those same challenges forged her resilience.

When the pandemic struck and spas were forced to close, she pivoted to digital education through EstyNote eBooks, launched smoothie lines, and used her caravan to take wellness directly to townships.

“That crisis forced me to diversify, and those pivots are now major parts of our growth.”

Over the next 3–5 years, Gugulethu envisions:
